About the Association

The Horn Lake Property Owners' Association (HLPOA) acts as a voice for property owners on Horn Lake and advocates for their concerns including development on our lake, water quality, property taxes and lake spirit.

While we all enjoy the benefits of  living and cottaging, there is no certainty that the pristine environment we currently benefit from will continue to exist in the future.

The continued work of the HLPOA requires the support of all property owners on the lake.

Your annual dues help the Association by providing the following:

Fire Safety and Prevention

The cost of maintenance/replacement of the fire huts and theĀ fire equipment inside them located on the lake.

For more information on the Fire Huts, click here.

Boating Safety

The purchase, installation, and maintenance of lake marker buoys.

Currently, one marker in the channel west of Birch Crest, more to come in 2020. If you have suggestions, please contact us.
